Cancellation:
At Trending Affords , our goal is to send your order as quickly as possible; therefore, once your order is placed it cannot be cancelled or exchanged.
Exchange:
If your product is damaged , in this case we require the unboxing video of the package to initiate the exchange request within 24 hours of receiving the order.
If you have received a defective or wrong product, it will be eligible for exchange . Reverse pickup will be done by ourselves from your home
Returns
We will not accept return, refund or exchange requests raised for any of its products unless and until the damage is caused prior to delivery.
If you have received the product in a bad condition or if the package is tampered, please refuse to accept the package and mail us at info@trendingaffords.com along with your order id. We will replace it with a fresh product at no additional cost.
No return or exchange for size issue is appreciated for outfits the dress is specially made for you according to your size , we give 2 inch extra margin inside to do alterations for the user convenience .Feel free to contact us if you have any doubts regarding the size
